“… for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.”
Philippians 2:13
In Paul’s letter to the believers in Philippians, he was reminding them that God had a plan and purpose for their lives, and that each day He is working in their lives, developing them, growing them and preparing them for His plan and purpose to be fulfilled through them.
God is still doing that today in you and me. He is the master designer, the Architect of our lives and His word is the blueprint that we must follow. Each day we need to take God’s Word, this blueprint and READ it, APPLY it, OBEY it, and LIVE it out in our lives. Keeping our focus in these four areas will allow us to discover and do God’s will for our lives, enabling you and I to fulfill His purpose for our lives.
God is not finished with you yet. As in the children’s song, “He’s still working on me,” He is still working in all of us.” What is God using to show you He is working in you? Are you “partnering” with Him in looking for your purpose in life? Taking God’s blueprint, His word, reading, applying, obeying and living out daily will develop this “partnership” with God who loves you and has the BEST for you.
